FAQ

When will my order ship?

We strive to ship orders placed through the Aroma Bath Solutions website within 24-hours unless the order was placed between Friday through Sunday, or on a holiday.

In some rare occasions or during exceptionally busy times, we do experience times when certain products do sellout.  If this happens, we will do our best to contact you ahead of time.

What ingredients are used in our products?

Bar Soap: Primarily we use the following base oils.  Olive Oil, Coconut Oil, Soybean Oil, Hemp Oil and Shea Butter.  None of our cold process soap contains Palm Oil.  Our soap is a cold process soap and is created using lye which is naturally removed during the saponification process.  Soaps also contain essential oils and fragrance oils as well as natural exfoliants such as sea salt, sand, peppermint leaves and oatmeal.  Several of our soaps contain activated charcoal and some juniper berries or rose petals and colored with FD&C colorant. Special mark soaps are made with Goat's Milk.

Loofah Soap Bars: Glycerin Soap Base, Loofah (Luffa) Sponge, Fragrance and FD&C Colorant.

Bath Bombs: All bath bombs include the following... Sodium Bicarbonate (Baking Soda), Citric Acid, Sea Salt, Sunflower Oil, Organic Shea Butter and Fragrance.  Some bath bombs may also include some or all of the following... FD&C Colorant, Lavender Buds, Rose Petals, Lemongrass, Ground Oatmeal, Peppermint Leaves and Cosmetic Grade Glitter.

How big is our cold process bar soap?

All soap is handmade with no two bars the same.  However, each bar is 3" x 3" x 1" and is around 5 oz. in weight.

How long does your handmade soap last?

On average, our soaps last two to three weeks under average daily use.  Due to the amount of lathering, frequency of use, as well as water type, no two people will get the same length of time.

The best way to extend the life of your soap is to shake the water off the bar and allow it to dry between uses using a soap saver and storing in a place where it can dry between uses.

We also encourage that you use a soap mitt, sponge/cloth or loofah during use.  While we know you'll want to cover yourself in the many great scents of our soap, fight off using the bar directly under wather on your skin.
